The team behind the real estate project Trilogy came to us with a new name, a clear architectural direction and the ambition to position their Brussels development as a premium office experience. They wanted a visual identity that matched the elegance of their design vision and reflected the level of calm and refinement you would expect from a high end boutique hotel. Our task was to translate that feeling of quiet luxury into a coherent and contemporary identity that suits the building.
The building hides a remarkable inner garden that you would never expect from the outside, and this contrast became central to their story. We created a graphic concept built around revealing the building’s hidden inner garden. The architecture offers subtle sightlines and openings toward this unexpectedly large green space, and we translated that experience into layered compositions, framed views and gentle visual transitions. By combining these elements with a mix of elegant and architectural typography, we shaped an identity that feels serene, sophisticated and unmistakably premium. The result gives Trilogy the boutique like presence the team envisioned while staying true to the architectural character of the project.
